By booking a service with Kotha Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Service Terms

  • All cleaning services must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting our customer service.
  • Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change if the actual job differs significantly.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted price.
  • A \$50 cancellation fee applies to all other cancellations once a booking is confirmed.
  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed, except in cases of proven negligence or service failure, at our discretion.

Late Payment Policy

  • Invoices must be paid by the due date provided.
  • A late payment fee of \$50 per week will apply to any overdue invoices.

Furniture and Health & Safety

  • For health and safety reasons, our team does not move or lift furniture. Clients are responsible for ensuring areas requiring cleaning are accessible.

Online Payments

  • Payments made through our website are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems to ensure your information is protected.

Use of Images and Client Information

  • By using our services, you grant Kotha Cleaning the right to take photos or videos of the work performed (e.g., before and after images) for marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on our website and social media platforms.
  • No compensation will be provided for the use of such images or information.

Limitation of Liability

  • Kotha Cleaning is not liable for any damages not directly caused by our team during service.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or any issues not disclosed prior to the service.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
